The Deva Dancers troupe has been active since 1994, making it the longest running belly dance troupe in the Mid-Missouri area. Directed by Asha Diana Denman, the Deva Dancers perform at many local festivals and venues. The troupe is comprised of about fifteen members with varying levels of experience. The Deva Dancers explore many styles of belly dance in their original choreographies, where they share their joy of dancing with each other and with the community.
